Susan Browning is responsible for the daily operation of Long Island Jewish Forest Hills. She previously served as the administrative vice president of Northwell Health’s neurosciences, neurology, ENT/head and neck and ophthalmology services.

Previously, Ms. Browning was senior vice president for business development and practice management, and also vice president and chief of staff at Staten Island University Hospital.

Earlier in her career, she served as vice president of administration at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn.

Ms. Browning holds a bachelor's degree from Barnard College and a Master of Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, where she continues to participate actively in the Department of Health Policy and Management as an instructor.

With his training in industrial pharmacy, experience as a research scientist and current role as president and part-owner of a chain of retail pharmacies, Harinderpal (Pal) Chhabra brings a unique and broad perspective to the pharmacy field.
Since 2015, Chhabra has been president of Union Pharmacy in New Hyde Park. Under his direction, Union Pharmacy is one of a very few pharmacies that has the expertise to compound medications to meet the specifications of physicians who require specialized formulations or drug delivery methods to treat rare or unusual cases in adherence to Unites States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards. Under the Union Vital Care brand, the company also provides medications for home infusion. Union Pharmacy has achieved certification by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), awarded only to pharmacies that are able to demonstrate their commitment to providing the highest-quality service through compliance with national regulations and industry best practices.
Prior to his current role, Chhabra worked as a supervising pharmacist at CVS, and as a formulation pharmacist at Innova Pharmaceuticals. He holds a master’s degree in industrial pharmacy from Long Island University. He earned his undergraduate degree at Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya in Sagar, India.
In addition to his current role, Chhabra holds a US patent for a pharmaceutical composition for controlled onset and sustained release of an active ingredient.

Scott is a Senior Director at Hearts & Science, a division of Omnicom Group, with 25 years of experience in the advertising and media industry. He has led the development of communications plans for companies such as P&G, Pepsi, Bank of America, Lilly, Amgen and Time Warner Cable. Scott has served as a volunteer on the JDRF NYC Advocacy team since 2011 and has held the role of Advocacy Team Chair since 2012. He lives in Manhattan with his wife Meryl. Their daughter Sydney was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2005.

Jon is Director of Pharmacy & Quality at Texas Children's Health Plan (TCHP), a Medicaid managed care plan located in Houston, TX. In this role, Jon manages the relationship with TCHP's PBM and supports initiatives to improve health outcomes for TCHP's 400,000+ members.

Prior to this, Jon was a clinical pharmacist of managed care at Partners For Kids, a pediatric Accountable Care Organization (ACO) affiliated with Nationwide Children's Hospital, in Columbus, OH. In this role, Jon managed the prescription spend and utilization for over 300,000 managed Medicaid lives. Jon also spent two years as a relief pharmacist with CVS.

Jon's training includes a postdoctoral fellowship with Eli Lilly’s US Health Outcomes Department. In this role, Jon supported the medical and health outcomes needs for US payers that utilized Lilly’s diabetes and cardiovascular molecules. Jon earned his BS in biochemistry and biology from DeSales University and PharmD from The Ohio State University’s College of Pharmacy.
