Kevon Brown is the Senior Business Development Specialist for the Con Edison PowerReady Program. The PowerReady Program provides incentives to off-set the infrastructure costs associated with installing EV chargers in the Con Edison service territory. Kevon’s focus is achieving the Program’s goal of 18,539 Level 2 Plugs and 457 DC Fast Charging Plugs installed by 2025, in support of Con Edison’s Clean Energy Commit. Kevon represents Con Edison at industry events and engages with community organizations to increase the awareness of why more public charging is needed. Kevon leverages his 10+ years of leadership experience to continue establishing trust for the customers that Con Edison serves.

Marissa Castoro is a Senior Specialist in the Non-Wires Solutions group at Con Edison, focusing on expanding energy storage and energy efficiency in New York City. As a born and raised New Yorker from Whitestone, Queens this is a mission that is close to her heart. Marissa joined Con Edison in 2014 and has since held positions across all three of their commodities: electric, gas, and steam. Her strong background with the electric grid and project management gives her the ability to move technical projects from development to implementation. Marissa holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Hofstra University and an MBA in Management from CUNY Baruch College.

Steve Coulter is Operations Manager, Non-Wires Solutions at Con Edison. His team manages a portfolio of customer programs aimed at reducing peak electric demand on constrained areas of Con Edison’s distribution system as an alternative to traditional utility infrastructure projects. Steve’s team runs the Neighborhood Program, which offers incentives for energy efficient upgrades to businesses and multifamily buildings in Brooklyn and Queens. Steve has a decade of experience working with commercial energy efficiency and clean energy programs at Con Edison, Southern California Edison and the Los Angeles Business Council. He has a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Southern California and a BBA from The University of Iowa.

Erin Sullivan is a Senior Specialist in the Non-Wires Solutions group at Con Edison, working to increase customer and contractor participation in multiple energy efficiency incentive programs. Erin has been the operations lead on the Neighborhood Program since joining Con Edison in 2019. Previously working in the manufacturing, wholesale, and consumer retail industry (exclusively for eco-conscious companies), Erin brings broad experience, commitment to the greater good and creativity to her customer program work. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Sciences & Merchandising from East Tennessee State University.
