Michael Co-Chairs our Real Estate Committee. In a very short period of time he has gained expertise in numerous facets of real estate. Michael Wang is a native New Yorker. He was raised in Flushing, Queens and attended school in Downtown Manhattan.

He is a Partner of Politan Real Estate. Politan is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage with offices in Flushing Queens and Great Neck Long Island. We have been using a team based approach since we opened in 2014, and pride ourselves in our detail oriented and results based approach.

Michael is also on the Board of Directors for The Greater Flushing Chamber of Commerce. He is also the Co-Chair of the Queens Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee. He spends time each week connecting with community leaders and is an active participate of various programs throughout the year.

Sean is Partner in the New York City office of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP. Mr. Crowley focuses on government affairs and lobbying efforts in New York State and New York City while providing a supporting role in the firm’s Washington DC practice.

Sean brings his creative problem solving skills to assist clients with business development goals, strategic advocacy with government officials/agencies, and in winning legislative objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, he was the Managing Partner of Crowley, Crowley & Kaufman; was an Investigator with the New York City Council, and Campaign Coordinator for Congressman Thomas J. Manton.
Mr. Crowley is a member of the Queens County Bar Association, Past-President of the Brehon (Irish) Law Society of New York City.
Mr. Crowley served as the President of St. Mary Winfield’s Youth Council and on the Board of Directors of the MAZ Fund.

Currently, he is an advisor to Board of Directors of the Emerald Isle Immigration Center, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Power Memorial Academy Alumni Association.

Rubin is one of the founders of Goldenwood Property Advisors where he specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development assets in the boroughs.
Since 2006, Mr. Isak has been involved in the sale of over $400 million worth of commercial/investment real estate. In recognition of his success Costar named him a Powerbroker for Queens and Long Island.
He began his investment sales career at Massey Knakal Realty Services (now Cushman and Wakefield) as Director of Sales. Mr. Isak then transitioned to Eastern Consolidated where he led Eastern’s expansion efforts into the borough of Queens.
Mr. Isak earned a BBA degree in International Marketing from Baruch College.

John Petras has overseen asset management and strategic planning at RockFarmer Properties since 2006. His career in New York real estate has afforded him special expertise in the identification of investment opportunities, property analysis, negotiations, financing, and closings. Today, the company’s investment and management portfolio includes over fourteen hundred residential and commercial units worth over $400 million. John Petras is also a Managing Principal of Douglaston Realty Management Corp. (“DRMC”), the company’s property management affiliate.
As a member of the Board of Directors for seven cooperative and condominium buildings, John has honed the skills to navigate the various levels of complexities that complicate these types of assets in order to maximize their investment potential.
John is also the Managing Principal of MP Property Group II and III and Douglaston Equities Opportunity Fund II and III, entities that own numerous residential, commercial, and mixed use properties.
John is the former president of the Westbury Business Improvement District and sits on the current board of the Hellenic American Education Foundation. He holds an MS in Finance from NYU and a BS in Accounting from Long Island University/CW Post. Prior to his work at RockFarmer Properties, John was president and CEO of Alexis & Gianni Retail, Inc.

Brad concentrates on representation before IRS exam and appeals and the state and local equivalents. Previously, he practiced tax controversy as an attorney with a law firm for over five years.

Common representation issues include foreign information return penalties and other delinquency penalties, late election relief, voluntary disclosures, employment tax, state residency and allocation, sales and use tax, responsible person assessments, tax collections and unclaimed property ­ Drafts protests of proposed examination changes, responses to Information Document Requests, penalty abatement requests, Private Letter Ruling requests and responses to IRS and state and local agency notices ­ Extensive representation experience for all tax types before the Internal Revenue Service, NYS Department of Taxation and Finance and NYC Department of Finance ­ Assists with tax compliance functions; researches and drafts memoranda to support tax return positions ­ Provides industry thought leadership on tax aspects of gaming, daily fantasy sports and cryptocurrency
