Nicole Fiene has been with ADP for just about 4.5 years, starting as an Associate District Manager and journeying her way to Senior District Manager, getting licensed with her Series 6 and 63 along the way to specialize in retirement products for a certain time period. She currently works directly with small businesses and small business accountants who refer her to help their clients all across the country.

Her role focuses on onboarding small businesses in the 0-49 employee space to ADP’s wide array of services. When meeting with business owners, she makes sure she knows the ins and the outs of the business so as to be able to appropriately recommend the right ADP product(s) to them. She focuses on payroll, HR, employee benefits, tax credits, and compliance. Her secret to success is to always be consultative and dependable when clients need it the most and always
