The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused disruption to our daily routines. In this lockdown world we have been forced to live in and adjust to -- we suffer from feelings of loneliness and isolation, cut off from our colleagues and friends -- and living in close quarters with our spouses, significant others, children and roommates.

These realities are a recipe for stress and conflict, which unchecked could result in unfortunate consequences. We will conduct a one-hour workshop on how to manage the stress and conflict generated by these unsettling circumstances we find ourselves being forced to cope with. This workshop will help you manage balancing your working remotely and commitment to your clients, customers, vendors and colleagues in these competing worlds of commitments with all the associated conflicts.

The Workshop will help you learn:

  • How to manage stress and conflict while working from home
  • How to balance your working remotely and commitment to your family, friends and colleagues

This event has complimentary entry and is open to the public. Once you register, you will be emailed a Zoom link to join. That link is also included below for convenience.
