Queens Chamber Family Business Committee Presents: Panel Discussion on Conducting Family Meetings

Since its founding, Family businesses have been the core of the Queens Chamber of Commerce membership. Throughout the years, these family businesses have survived through hard work, dedication, and successfully transitioning control of their business to future generations.

This seminar is devoted to highlighting the importance of conducting regular, structured meetings within your family run organizations. Family businesses have differing needs based on a variety of factors. Navigating generational divides, difficulties separating the family roles from the business roles, and overall communication issues are just some of the topics that will be discussed during this panel presentation. The goal of the discussion is to promote the notion that through regular family meetings, your business can improve family dynamics, reinforce family relationships, and ultimately strengthen your business outcomes.

This event has complimentary entry and is geared towards family-owned businesses. The event will be held on the Zoom online meeting platform. The link for entry will be made available upon registration and is also available below for convenience.
