SOCIATE

YASMIN TOPIA - LONDON, UK

Sociate AI has developed the world's most advanced fashion AI, renowned for its rapid learning capabilities, enabling brands, retailers, and platforms to stay ahead in the fast-paced fashion industry. Their solution simplifies the search process for customers, allowing them to find products effortlessly, regardless of how they describe their preferences or current inspirations—be it social media trends or spontaneous desires. With its technology, clients experience conversion uplifts of over 200%, without the need for metadata, classification, or product descriptions. This eliminates the delay associated with identifying trends, selecting inventory, and merchandising, ensuring customers find what they're looking for before trends fade. Their innovative approach also facilitates true conversational search, enabling customers to dynamically personalize their search and discovery experiences in a cookieless environment, without relying on tracking data. For instance, customers seeking a dress for a charity gala can easily specify their preferences, such as avoiding animal print or opting for more red or rhinestone details.
