Jon Haragold Principal at HR&A Advisors,Inc. Jon draws on his experience in urban planning, economic development, and real estate to help clients create more productive, inspiring, sustainable, and resilient urban spaces. At HR&A Advisors, his work has included project management, financial analysis, and economic impact analysis for several large real estate projects in New York City; creating economic development plans for several New York City neighborhoods; advising organizations in New York, Boston, and Toronto creating new world-class parks and plazas; managing climate adaptation plans in New York, Boston, and Miami-Dade County; and developing building decarbonization programs for utilities and nonprofits. Prior to joining HR&A, Jon worked at SiteCompli, a real estate technology company, the New York City Department of City Planning, New Yorkers for Parks, and the Times Square Alliance. Jon holds a master’s in urban planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a B.A. in psychology from Yale.

William Kenworthey Regional Leader of Urban Design at HOK Bill leads HOK’s urban design projects across the Northeast region. He has been responsible for leading high-profile projects throughout his 27 years in the field, and his work includes efforts for government agencies, private developers, institutions and Fortune 500 Companies. Bill has successfully navigated the approvals and public engagement processes for projects in cities including New York, Philadelphia, Arlington, VA and Hartford, CT. His current work includes the New York City Football Club Stadium at Willets Point, the Cook County Health System in Chicago, and the Royal Caribbean Headquarters in Miami. Bill has published and lectured internationally on public realm, waterfront development and resiliency.
