Downes is enjoying her senior year of undergrad at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA. As a writer and artist, she is passionate about the impact that both creative mediums have on individuals from all walks of life. Her time in the Digital Business Fellowship with Wendt Partners has enhanced her understanding of, and interest in, digital marketing and all of its applications. Ryan Roslonowski graduated from Queens College in January 2020. His past employment includes, Personal Trainer at New York Sports Club of Great Neck and Long Island City YMCA, and Freelance Soccer Coach & Trainer at Long Island City Soccer Club and Little neck Douglaston Youth Club. He first met Doug Wendt, president of Wendt Partners, as he was Doug’s personal trainer in 2018. That relationship has led to the opportunity of utilizing his experience and skills as a coach and trainer outside of the sports and fitness realm, as a HubSpot CRM Trainer.

Doug developed the Wendt Partners business growth consulting model through more than 25 years of experience across the enterprise software, electronics, aerospace, and quality systems fields including worldwide management of new product launches, channel sales, and technology marketing. Doug studied professional writing at Baylor University, then received his B.A. in Philosophy from Franciscan University and Master of Arts in Public Communication, summa cum laude, from The American University (Recognized by PRWeek as one of the Top 5 in the U.S.)."
