The Queens Chamber of Commerce is committed to maximizing your Membership. As such, we are implementing a quarterly "New Member Orientation," where those Members who joined in the previous quarter will attend a basic meet-and-greet and training seminar.
There are three goals of the New Member Welcoming Day:
1. Review of Your Member Benefits
Each Queens Chamber Membership has distinct Benefits. This New Member Orientation will serve as a reminder of your specific benefits, and our staff will be on-hand to answer any questions you may have regarding these benefits.
2. Website Utilization
The Queens Chamber has a newly-launched website, and with it comes many functions designed to better-market your company. We will provide an overview of the site and the ways to optimize your listing.
3. Committee Recruitment
The Queens Chamber currently has ten active committees representing the most relevant business sectors in the borough. Each Committee will be represented by its Co-Chairs. The Committees hold bi-monthly networking meetings designed to keep Queens Chamber Members in-the-know. At the New Member Orientation, we invite you to sign up for any of the committees applicable to your company.
*Light breakfast and coffee will be served.
