State legislatures continue to advance policy proposals to address cyber threats directed at governments and private businesses.

The purpose of cyber security regulation is to force companies to protect their systems and information from cyber-attacks such as viruses, trojan horses, phishing, denial of service (DOS) attacks, unauthorized access (stealing intellectual property or confidential information) and control system attacks.

As these threats continue to evolve and expand and as the pace of new technologies accelerates, legislatures are making cyber security measures a higher priority.

Our panel of experts will discuss how this new regulations can and will impact your business.
