Safety
OUR COMMUNITY PLEDGE
Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members, our guests, and each and every
member of our community. To keep all of us safe, we have implemented new health and safety
protocols that go above and beyond our already strict standards.
OUR VACCINATION POLICY
In an effort to keep our community safe, from August 16th, 2021 forward we are requiring all guests to
show proof that they are fully vaccinated. Our QCC team is required to be fully vaccinated as well.
We will validate vaccination status with a physical vaccination card, photo of your vaccination card, or a
state-provided digital record. For information on obtaining an Excelsior Pass please visit
https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/excelsior-pass.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to provide the most comfortable and safe experience for
our guests and the QCC team. We look forward to seeing you soon!
