Shaun A. Hoyte Section Manager, Clean Energy Networks at Con Edison Based in New York City, Shaun Hoyte brings over 16 years of experience in the energy and utility sector. In his current role as Head of Clean Energy Networks at Con Edison, Shaun establishes the strategy for and leads the team responsible for the cultivation of widespread cross-sector industry partnerships to spur market transformation and advance an equitable clean energy economy. In recognition of his diverse market knowledge and exemplary performance, Hoytewas selected as Con Edison's honoree for the 2022 Harlem YMCA Achievers in Industry (bai) Award and was named to the 2022 Caribbean-American Power 100 list by Carib News. Dr. Letts is an immigrant from the island of Jamaica, a US military veteran, and has experience as an architect, electrical engineer, and business specialist under contract from the US Dept. of Defense and US Small Business Administration. Using skills from his technical and academic background, Dr. Letts has expertly guided senior executives, managers, and business owners in small to medium-sized companies to successfully resolve difficult management and financial issues. The breadth of Dr. Letts experience ranges from small family-owned businesses and medium-sized firms from the food industry to innovative technology startups. Dr. Letts specializes in using proven management theories and strategies to help executive teams align and streamline their organization internally and externally. As the president of Cleonmaye Corp., Dr. Letts has continued to assist clients at a high level by leveraging the expertise and skills learned in the Federal arena. Cleonmaye Corp. actively works with government and public organizations through Public-Private Partnerships to deliver community-based programs to expand knowledge to underserved business communities about public programs that are available to them. The work that Dr. Letts does in the community is to foster business education to empower disadvantaged business owners. From an early age, Dr. Letts was originally a naturally gifted artist who graduated to architecture, electrical engineering, and eventually business. Education has always been a core value for Dr. Letts and it a large contributor to his approach with clients. Louis Rizzo Manager Customer Energy Solutions at National Grid Louis Rizzo, has over 22 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing commercial and residential energy efficiency programs, marketing, business development, government relations, finance and implementing various Company process improvements. In Louis currently role as Manager of the NY Commercial Sales team, his staff promotes, implements and supports various National Grid Commercial and Industrial energy efficiency, Demand Response and Gas Interruptible programs. In his prior roles he was the Manager of the National Grid NY Residential Portfolio Development, he effectively collaborated with leaders across the organization to pursue the achievement of our clean energy objectives and improved customer satisfaction. Louis has also held various roles within the energy efficiency, Community & Customer Management, customer marketing and growth, gas growth division, and business development within National Grid and legacy companies. He also serves on the advisory board of Building Energy Exchange (BEEX), NYSERDA C/I Coordinator taskforce and member of ASHRAE, CEE as well as a host of other energy trade organizations. Louis has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in finance and management from Adelphi University, and Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree from St. John’s University.

Samuel Ting NYC Accelerator Samuel Ting is a native New Yorker from the East Village with an intuitive interest in sustainability since adolescence. After attaining a B.A. in Earth and Environmental Science and a MS in Urban Sustainability, he worked as an energy efficiency intern and a Level 3 lighting auditor consultant while gaining BPI-BA and MFBA certifications in 2016 and NABCEP Photovoltaic Associate certification in 2019. Sam had served as an energy efficiency advisor for the NYC Retrofit Accelerator, Assistant Program Manager for NJ Clean Energy CHP Program, CHP inspector, NYSERDA Field Inspector and Energy Star Certification Application Reviewer. Sam is currently the Manger of Account Management and Senior Strategic Carbon Reduction Account Manager for the NYC Accelerator driven by a mission of making a positive contribution to our society and planet. His passion for sustainability has fostered positive lifestyle changes regarding energy use, recycling, composting, ethical food sourcing and more. He loves adventure travelling with his wife to experience the beauty and thrill of visiting unique places with diverse cultures and wondrous biodiversity, which highlights the importance of sustainability and environmental preservation for future generations to come.
