His areas of expertise include concrete restoration and the investigation, evaluation, and repair of parking structures. Based in New York City, Colin is a graduate of the University of Florida with degrees in both Geology and Civil/Structural Engineering. He is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and other states throughout the Northeast, Southeast, and Middle West. Colin has been designated a Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI) by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and is intimately familiar with the process.
