- How an adequate workspace strategy could promote communication or separation, increase team interaction, support well-being, and create a space that reflects the business' culture and values.
- How to physically manage different cultures and a multi-generation workforce that coexists and works under the same roof

Dayana is an organizational consultant, mentor and certified executive coach with more than 10 years of experience helping professionals and teams in organizations to reinvent the way they work, to develop management skills and competencies to achieve their goals, to design future, and to navigate uncertainty in changing environments.
Before becoming a full-time consultant and mentor, Dayana worked for more than 18 years in the financial services industry (specifically banking), holding various management positions and mentoring professionals from multiple sectors. Dayana holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida and Economic Crimes Management from Syracuse University – Utica College.
