Keesha Cameron Associate Director of Career Education and Internships at CUNY Queens College Dr. Keesha Cameron has 25 years of experience in higher education administration, teaching, program development, professional development, and counseling. Her education and training have been focused on the areas of industrial organizational psychology, human development, and clinical psychology. Her research interests include racial socialization and other developmental processes, resilience, achievement, motivation, and performance enhancement. Her life’s work continues to be to understand and implement data-driven and efficacious strategies to assist others to flourish personally and professionally. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters as well as reading, traveling, and finding new adventures.
