Please join the Queens Chamber of Commerce October 20th for our webinar on Generating Extra Rental Income. This seminar will be presented by Lucien Lapierre of the TD Bank Charitable Foundation. Mr Lapierre is a Mortgage Loan Officer with TD Bank. He has extensive experience in his field and is now sharing his expertise with you on behalf of the TD Bank Charitable Foundation.


In this webinar, we will be discussing the potential benefits of buying your own residential or multi-family property and renting out a portion in order to generate extra income. Mr. Lapierre will be discussing both 1-4 family residential properties and larger multi-family units.
