Even in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, it is important to be wary of other diseases that may lurk. Obtaining a Flu shot is an essential part of keeping you and your loved ones safe and healthy during the winter months. That is why Fidelis Care along with La Gran Farmacia are proud to be offering complimentary flu shots to our local community members.

Please join us on October 27th at the NYC Medical of Queens in Jackson Heights from 12 to 3 PM.

Fidelis Care a proud Queens Chamber of Commerce have a limit of 300 Flu shots available and all flu shots will be given on a first come first serve basis. All Flu shots will be given completely free of charge.
