A new business needs to develop a key group of leaders who will have the necessary vision and skillsets needed to ensure the success of the business. You will need lawyers, accountants, marketing experts, and technical experts who know the business you are starting. This workshop will focus on identifying the key players needed to start a business and where to find them.
