Shelley Miller Director of New Ownership Opportunity at ICA Group Shelley has brought more than 25 years of diverse experience in business, law, nonprofit administration, and education to the ICA Group (ICA), where she currently works as the Director of New Ownership Opportunities. As a former small business owner, and the daughter of a small business owner, Shelley looks forward to sharing her personal experiences with other businesses as they explore and engage with different employee ownership models.

Her commercial practice in Flushing focuses on corporate formation and compliance, commercial real estate, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and secured transactions. She also advises clients with regard to intellectual property, labor and employment, and estate planning. She lives in Queens with her husband and two daughters. In spare time she enjoys watching classic movies and knitting (poorly).
