Join us as we celebrate Women's History Month 2021 with a special SBA resource-panel.
The resource panel will cover different SBA programs alongside other government programs (Federal, State, and Local), that occur incentives and perks for women owned businesses. With 5% of all Federal Contracts set aside for women-owned businesses, alongside MWBE requirements in both New York State and City. The Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) panel will be showcased at this event and members of the panel will share their experiences with attendees.
The main speaker will be Ms. Man-Li Lin, Economic Development Specialist and the US Small Business Administration. She will be joined by Tshering Gurung and Maria Paulino, Business Development Manager and Senior Loan Officer respectively at Accompany Capital.
Concurrently with the online programming, we are hosting a PPE event distribution event at the Queens County Farm Museum, with a special emphasis on women owned businesses. The distribution will held outside of the main barn at the farm. Parking is available at the farm's designated parking lots. All distribution is on a first come first serve basis.
