The remote work platform presents a unique set of challenges to ensure that employees remain engaged, appreciated and productive. Businesses will need to develop a plan on how they can keep their workforce employed physically, emotionally, healthy and engaged. This workshop offers a roadmap to maximizing employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. This program will offer strategies to engage and motivate the remote employee by promoting worker satisfaction and harmony.
