Queens Chamber Banking & Law Committee Presents: Do's and Don'ts About Starting A Business.


Chamber members include numerous closely held and family businesses at all stages of growth and development. These entities require guidance through business transitions.


Small businesses present unique legal and financing needs, including advice about succession strategies, compliance, compensation and equity incentives for family owners and non-family employees, disability and retirement planning, and dispute resolution.
