The program will offer tips on how to handle the stress related to COVID 19, such as isolation, schedule disruption, anxiety about catching the virus, etc. Guidance will be home/work conflict as the boundaries between both world collide. We will focus on how to manage your emotional balance while social distancing, time, stress and anger management techniques.
