As we see our lives being thrown into turmoil it is an imperative that we take steps to maintain our emotional health. The program will offer tips on how to handle the stress related to COVID 19, such as isolation, schedule disruption, anxiety about catching the virus, etc. Guidance will be home/work conflict as the boundaries between both world collide. We will focus on how to manage your emotional balance while social distancing, time, stress and anger management techniques.
