Join the Queens Chamber of Commerce and the Mayor's Office of Contract Services on Monday, March 9th for an extensive information session on contracting with the city in general, the Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort), and how to best use PASSPort in order to contract with the city.

The Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS) is a New York City oversight and service agency that is dedicated to optimizing existing operations and transforming processes to make it easier to do business with the City. At MOCS, the City is pursuing these goals through a vision of fair, responsible, and timely procurement. The Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort) is the City's new online platform that will digitize the entire procurement process—from sourcing, to solicitation, award and through to registration.
