Social Media Support

The Coronavirus pandemic has fundamentally changed the way business is conducted. Now more than ever before, an online presence is essential for businesses to succeed. An online presence is how you retain current customers and reach future markets.

But the pandemic has not affected us all equally. Smaller businesses have suffered greatly while larger businesses with existing online presence and infrastructure have benefited. To level the playing field, the Queens Chamber of Commerce's Social Media Outreach program has been established and is focused on building up the online presence of the small businesses of Briarwood.

Through this program, we hope to ensure that the Queens small business community is fairly represented on different online platforms. All businesses can benefit from an online presence without putting a strain on your business's workload or wallet.
