Md Aminul Islam has over 20 years of experience in building design, construction, and energy industry with a focus on energy modeling; Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) design; commissioning; special inspection; compliance NYC Local Law 84 (energy benchmarking); Local Law 87 (energy audit & commissioning); and Local Law 97 (Carbon reduction law). He was a member of the NYC Local Law 87 advisory committee. Mr. Islam worked various energy efficiency, design, construction management and commissioning projects at Code Green Solutions, RLM Energy, Geo-Tech Consulting, FS Energy and New York City Transit Authority. He also has work experience with the oil and gas industries. Mr. Islam earned Bachelor of Science and master’s degree in mechanical engineering. His professional credentials include being a Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Existing Building Commissioning Professional (EBCP). He is an active member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and US Green Building Council (USGBC).

Peras, CEM, EBCP, PMP Robert “Bobby” Peras, the President and founder of FEAT Solutions, is an energy efficiency expert with over two decades of experience in the field of energy efficiency and utility engineering. Throughout his career, Bobby Peras has worked with a diverse array of clients, including commercial businesses, industrial facilities, and residential properties. He has successfully completed numerous Local Law 84, 87, and 88 projects that have led to significant energy savings and enhanced energy management practices. His innovative approach to completing these projects combines technical expertise with practical solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

In addition to his professional achievements, Bobby Peras is committed to educating the workforce and the next generation of energy professionals. He has been teaching BOC-1 at the CUNY School of Professional Studies and the Building Performance Lab for the past 6 years.
