“How NYC Building Owners Will Cash In on the New Environmental Standards”

NYC's new Local Law 97 of 2019 requires buildings larger than 25,000 square feet to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40 percent by 2030, and 80 percent by 2050, or face substantial fines.
