Dahiana Genao began working at TD Bank in 2010 as a part-time Teller. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to a full-time Teller position and worked as a Customer Service Representative and Store Supervisor in both Manhattan and the Bronx. She is now employed as a Community Mortgage Loan Officer. Her primary focus is to educate low -moderate income borrowers on topics such as: establishing credit, access to subordinate financing [down payment assistance programs] and becoming a first-time homebuyer. She lives in the Bronx and is bilingual in Spanish/English.

Paola Garcia-Villari

Managing Vice President, Business Advisory Services and Business Development Officer

Paola Garcia-Villari serves as a Managing VP for Pursuit and business development officer. In her role, Paola is responsible for overseeing and operating the Business Advisory Services (BAS) team. This includes hiring, training, and overseeing the advisory team.

Paola initially joined the Pursuit team as an underwriter in 2013 for the Hurricane Sandy II loan & grant program. Upon the completion of the Sandy II loan program, Paola began developing significant lending relationships with banks, non-bank lending institutions, technical assistance providers and other lending professionals in the industry. Paola has been able to help thousand of businesses obtain the capital they need to grow.

Prior to Pursuit, she worked at NYC Business Solutions - Lower Manhattan Center as a Finance Account Manager. NYC Business Solutions is a program run by the Department of Small Business Services of the City of New York. Paola also served as Senior Loan Officer at Accion USA.

She is a graduate of Hunter College, where she received her B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Chemistry and Biology.

Paola was originally born in Colombia and now lives in New York with her husband and their 2 year old son, Lucas.
