Kimberly N. Dobson counsels and represents employers in a wide range of traditional labor and employment law matters. Kim’s practice focuses on representing employers in state and federal courts and before various administrative agencies in litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She has participated in all phases of litigation from commencement through trial and appeal.

In addition to her litigation practice, Kim advises clients on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. She prepares and reviews employment policies, handbooks and employment agreements and routinely counsels employers regarding disability leave management matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Kim worked as an associate for a national labor and employment law firm for several years. She previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur F. Engoron of the New York City Civil Court.

While attending law school, Kim was the Managing Editor of Production for the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University’s Journal of International Business and Law and received an award of excellence for her work in the Community and Economic Development Clinic.

Maria Odysseos is currently the Vice President/ District Manager for the Queens Market of Investors Bank. She oversees 9 branches in the Queens District , with newest branch that was opened in Forest Hills. Her responsibilities include managing, growing and developing business in the Queens Market. Maria initially began her banking career 32 years ago with Independence Community Bank as a teller and has worked her way up to the position she holds today.

As a District Manager Maria possesses boundless passion and enthusiasm for serving people in her community. She is a wonderful role model for her team and a person who willingly donates her time and energy to local non for profits groups.
Besides her responsibilities at the bank, Maria also sits on the Board of Director for the Queens Chamber of Commerce. She also co-Chairs the chambers Non for profit committee. Over the past years she has been recognized by several organizations for her dedicated work in the communities she serves.

Born and raised in Queens, Maria received her B.S degree in management from St. John’s University. She currently resides in Bayside with her husband Odysseas, a Real Estate Broker and her two sons

John V. Pellitteri is a Partner at Grassi and leads the rm's Healthcare Services Practice.
He brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax planning and business consulting. His comprehensive accounting and taxation knowledge, combined with his healthcare consulting experience, allows him to develop an all-inclusive assessment of practices and medical facilities. He also uses time-tested strategies to enhance clients' businesses in other industries, including not-for-pro t, architectural, real estate, medical cannabis, veterinary, and professional service rms.

Because of John’s extensive experience in healthcare, he is a frequent lecturer at healthcare industry forums such as local medical societies, o ce management societies, and hospital councils. He has spoken on the topic of Cannabis at events hosted by NJBiz, Long Island Business News, and the New York Bar Association. John has authored numerous articles on fraud prevention, human resource issues, compliance and operations and was the main author for the Financial Success Advisor column in the previously published Nassau/Su olk Hospital Council’s Health & Hospital News.

John is an active member of the American Institute of Certi ed Public Accountants (AICPA)
and the New York State Society of Certi ed Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) where he currently serves on the Executive Board of the Nassau Chapter and served on the Federal Taxation Committee and the New York State & Local Taxation Committee. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Medical and Professionals Committee. Additionally, John is also active in philanthropic organizations and serves on the board of the Medical Resource Group (MRG) and the Health and Business Alliance (HBA) where he also serves as the treasurer. He was also selected as one of 2005's 40 Under 40 Rising Star professionals in the Long Island area by the Long Island Business News. John is also a monthly contributor to the Pro t Express Radio Show segment “The Bottom Line Bene t.”

John is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting.
