OATH Resource Day in Jackson Heights. The office of Administrative Trials and Hearing partners with Council Member Shekar Krishnan, Queens Public Library and Queens Chamber of Commerce on January 10, 2024, to provide complimentary information and educate people about what to do if they have received a summons.

OATH staff will be at the library to:

• Answer Questions about summonses
• Answer questions about the hearing process
• Check on the status summonses.
• Help people understand the rules about how a summons can be responded to
• Help people submit online defenses to summonses.
• Help people reschedule upcoming hearings after missed hearing dates.
• Help people understand the process and what is necessary after the hearing.
