Sean O’Rourke is a Cyber Liability Consultant for Combs & Company, an insurance brokerage and consultancy headquartered in New York City. Sean works with small- and mid-sized businesses to mitigate the myriad of financial risks posed to their technology and data by internal and external threats. Sean spent 20 years in the IT arena, the last 12 running the technology firm he cofounded, so he has a unique perspective on cyber liability and the potential disruptions faced by businesses in today’s interconnected world. He’s also become well versed in the growing cyber regulatory landscape, lending an experienced voice to the growing obligations companies and officers face when it comes to cyber incidents.

Sean sits on the boards of multiple private companies; he gives frequent talks on the business impacts of cyber events; he’s a long-time mentor to students at his alma mater, Washington & Lee University, and through Baruch College's Executives on Campus mentoring program; and he’s an avid Spartan and CrossFit participant.

Steve Levin started Webline Designs with his partner (and father) Neil in 1995 while still a Junior at Yale University.
And, after graduating in 1997 he began working at Webline full time and continues to do so.

Steve runs the company on a daily basis working with clients, designers, developers and marketing teams.

He has worked on over a 1000 web design and online marketing projects in over 100 industries including more than 50 not-for-profit websites.

Steve is a member of the Board of Directors of the Queens Economic Development Corp (QEDC) for over a decade and has sat on PS527s School Leadership Team for the past 7 years.
He lives on the Upper East Side with his wife Erin and 2 sons Jake and Nate.

Scott Thornhill is the Senior Manager of Public Policy for Alphapointe in Richmond Hill, Queens. Alphapointe is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower people who are blind through opportunities for employment and personal development.

Scott handles issues related to government relations, successful employment, innovation and more for Alphapointe. Previously he operated his own real estate brokerage which his wife continues to run after Scott felt compelled to join the Alphapointe team to help make the playing field level for people who are blind. Scott himself is blind, losing his vision due to Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) after being diagnosed at the age of eight and told at 15 he would be blind by 40.

Today Scott utilizes technology and other rehabilitative skill development in his own career, helping ensure legislation and other factors impacting the lives of people with disabilities offer even more opportunities moving forward
